Technological consulting ⋅ Industrial production ⋅ Engineering services
We offer top quality precision machining services.
First and foremost turning and milling, both CNC and conventional.
We guarantee high quality and keeping the deadlines.
We offer engineering assistance in the process.
Our service portfolio covers the following:
milling of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, plastics, brass, welded structures, bodies, casts, moulds, grooves, openings, threading and deep boring
and
turning of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, plastics, short rollers, long shafts, openings, threads.
Further, we offer cutting and bending of items from metallic sheets.
CNC milling:
The machining process is the method of forming specific semi-finished product by gradual removal of excess material from the machined item. The purpose of the machining process is to obtain required dimensions, shapes and surface properties.
Passages:
In axis X: 1000 mm
In axis Y: 530 mm
In axis Z: 530 mm
Maximum spindle speed: 10,000 rpm
Dimensional accuracy tolerance: 0.006 mm
Accessories include part measuring probe and tooling
CNC turning:
CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) turning is a fully automated precision machining process controlled by an integrated microcomputer.
Maximum turning diameter: 180 mm
Maximum turning length: 1000 mm
Spindle pass: 40 mm
Conventional milling and turning
The machining process is the method of forming specific semi-finished product by removal of excess material from the machined item. The advantage of this method is highly accurate formation and dimensioning of an item, even producing required surface properties.
Work area of CNC turning: 700x400x400 mm
Conventional turning:
Maximum turning diameter: 500 mm
Maximum turning length: 2000 mm
Plane grinding:
The purpose of grinding is ensuring esthetic qualities of a surface – making it smoother but also protecting it. It is worth mentioning that the quantity of material removed is actually small, and thus the process requires high precision.
Magnetic chuck work area: 500×200 mm
