CNC turning delivers higher precision (±0.01 mm vs. 0.025–0.04 mm), full batch repeatability, the ability to machine complex geometries, and process automation. For batches above 100 pieces, CNC turning is also more cost-effective. For small runs of under 50 simple parts, conventional turning may be more economical.
